Robin John
Chief Executive Officer, Founding Member
Bio
Robin John serves as a Founding Member and Chief Executive Officer of Eventide. He is responsible for the overall leadership of the organization, and under his leadership, the firm has grown into a leader within values-based investing.
Prior to Eventide, Mr. John held leadership roles for Bank of New York Mellon. He has also served as a business consultant for Grant Thornton. He has a degree in Economics from Tufts University.

Finny Kuruvilla, MD, PhD
Co-Chief Investment Officer, Senior Portfolio Manager, Managing Director, Founding Member
Bio
Finny Kuruvilla, MD, PhD, serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager for Eventide. He serves as the Lead Portfolio Manager for Eventide’s Strategic Growth, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Technology Strategies. He also is a Managing Director for Eventide Ventures, as well as a Founding Member of Eventide.
Dr. Kuruvilla has a background in healthcare, statistics, and investing. Concurrent with his early years at Eventide, he was a Principal at Clarus Ventures, a healthcare and life sciences venture capital firm subsequently acquired by Blackstone. Earlier in his career, Dr. Kuruvilla was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT, where he led the development of a new microarray between the Broad Institute and a publicly-traded company Affymetrix. Prior to his investing career, Dr. Kuruvilla was resident, chief resident, and fellow at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Kuruvilla holds an MD from Harvard Medical School, a PhD in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from Harvard University, a SM in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and a BS in Chemistry from Caltech.

Dolores Bamford, CFA
Co-Chief Investment Officer, Senior Portfolio Manager
Bio
Dolores Bamford, CFA, serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager for Eventide. She serves as Lead Portfolio Manager for Eventide’s Dividend Growth, Dividend Value, and Balanced Income Strategies and is Co-Portfolio Manager for Eventide’s Large Cap Strategy.
Ms. Bamford has over 30 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Eventide in 2019, she was with Goldman Sachs Asset Management for 13 years (2002-2015), most recently as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager on U.S. Value Equity. She also led Goldman Sachs’ U.S. Responsible Equity strategy and co-led the Global Sustain Equity strategy. Previously, she was with Putnam Investments for 10 years (1992-2002), where she served as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager and Analyst on multiple value investments. Before that, she was with Fidelity Investments (1988-1990), where she served in investment research.
Ms. Bamford holds an SM in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a dual-MA in Theology and Church History from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a BA in Economics from Wellesley College. She is a CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA Society Boston.

Jason Myhre
Executive Director of the Eventide Center for Faith and Investing, Founding Member
Bio
Jason Myhre serves as a Founding Member of Eventide. In this capacity, he supports governance and oversight for Eventide. He also serves as Executive Director of the Eventide Center for Faith & Investing, where he leads an educational initiative at Eventide to develop a practical biblical theology for modern investing.
In prior roles at Eventide, Mr. Myhre led Marketing and Sales. Before joining Eventide, he worked in internal sales and managed key customer relationships for Altec.
Mr. Myhre holds a M.S. and a B.S. in Biological Engineering from the University of Florida.

Colin Delaney
Head of Trading, Portfolio Specialist
Bio
Colin Delaney serves as the Head of Trading and is a Portfolio Specialist for the Advisory Services team at Eventide. In his role as Head of Trading, Mr. Delaney manages all aspects of trading and implementation of the Firm’s investment strategies and manages the trading desk. In his role as Portfolio Specialist, he acts as a link between Eventide’s investment team and our client Advisors, helping them understand the portfolio’s investments and strategies. Previously, Mr. Delaney had served as the Director of Portfolio Operations, where he managed the back-end portfolio operations in addition to his other duties.
Prior to Eventide, Mr. Delaney was a Senior Vice President at Jefferies LLC, where he served as a sales trader and client relations manager. In nearly 15 years at Jefferies, he was able to participate in a broad range of investment activities giving him a deep and wide understanding of the complete investment process.
Mr. Delaney holds a degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
Prior to Eventide, Mr. Delaney was a Senior Vice President at Jefferies LLC, where he served as a sales trader and client relations manager. In nearly 15 years at Jefferies, he was able to participate in a broad range of investment activities giving him a deep and wide understanding of the complete investment process.
Mr. Delaney holds a degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University.

I-hung Shih, PhD
Portfolio Manager, Managing Director
Bio
I-hung Shih, PhD, serves as Co-Portfolio Manager for Eventide’s Healthcare Strategy, as well as a Managing Director for Eventide Ventures.
Prior to joining Eventide, Dr. Shih was Co-Head of the Biotech Private Investments team at Wellington Management. She also served as Global Industry Analyst and Co-Manager for Wellington’s Small-cap and SMID Cap Biotech Strategies. Before her tenure at Wellington Management, Dr. Shih was a Senior Biotech Analyst at T. Rowe Price, covering US biotech companies and Co-Managing the Institutional US Structured Research Fund. She also served as the Lead Officer for US biopharma investment in public and private equity at Temasek International and as an Associate in investment banking on the Credit Suisse Biotech Team.
Dr. Shih holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a PhD in Biochemistry from Duke University, and a BS in Chemistry from National Taiwan University. Additionally, she was a research fellow at the Whitehead Institute at MIT and the National Institutes of Health.

Kristin Kilmain
Head of Human Resources
Bio
Kristin Kilmain serves as Head of Human Resources at Eventide. She is responsible for leading HR operations and talent management programs to support the employees of Eventide.
Ms. Kilmain has over 25 years of HR management experience. Prior to joining Eventide in 2020, she was with Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge Trust, LLC as Manager of Human Resources. Prior to that, she held HR leadership roles at Homesite Insurance, Lois Paul & Partners, and Capgemini.
Ms. Kilmain holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
Ms. Kilmain has over 25 years of HR management experience. Prior to joining Eventide in 2020, she was with Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge Trust, LLC as Manager of Human Resources. Prior to that, she held HR leadership roles at Homesite Insurance, Lois Paul & Partners, and Capgemini.

Peter Luiso
General Counsel
Bio
Peter Luiso serves as General Counsel (“GC”) for Eventide. He is responsible for providing strategic legal advice to Eventide’s management team across all facets of the firm’s business.
Mr. Luiso joined Eventide in 2016 as the firm’s GC and Chief Compliance Officer after working in various compliance roles at Fidelity Investments for 15 years, including time as the Deputy CCO of Fidelity’s Strategic Advisers Funds. Mr. Luiso briefly moved to Natixis Investment Managers in November 2022 to serve as Head of Compliance for the U.S. and APAC before rejoining Eventide as the firm’s GC in June 2023. Prior to Eventide, Natixis, and Fidelity, Mr. Luiso served as a Senior Enforcement Attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission and as Trial Counsel for the New York Stock Exchange.
Mr. Luiso holds a juris doctor (JD) degree from Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta and a BS in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in Boston.

Sean Mathew, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Bio
Sean Mathew, CPA serves as Chief Financial Officer at Eventide. He is responsible for primary leadership, reporting, and oversight over all aspects of financial management and operations of Eventide.
Prior to joining Eventide, Mr. Mathew was most recently a Senior Manager with KPMG’s Alternative Investment Funds practice based in the Dallas office. In his role, he served one of the largest private equity clients in the tax practice. He has extensive experience with domestic and foreign Partnerships, Corporations, consolidated entities, and other vehicles. He has provided tax compliance and consulting services to global alternative investment funds, including distressed credit, fund of funds, and real estate sector. He is a member of the AICPA and licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
Mr. Mathew earned his B.S. in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Reiche serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Eventide. She is responsible for managing the firm’s compliance program and leading the Compliance team.
Prior to joining Eventide in May 2022, Ms. Reiche held compliance roles at Marsh McLennan and its affiliate, Mercer, most recently as Chief Compliance Officer of Mercer Funds, Mercer Trust Company, and Mercer Investments LLC. Before that, she served as Chief Compliance Officer for Century Capital Management and the Century Funds. Ms. Reiche previously served in various compliance roles for Wellington Management and Foreside Compliance Services and held roles in mutual fund administration, custody, and accounting at Investors Bank & Trust.
Ms. Reiche holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire and a Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley College. Tyler Frugia
Chief Information Officer, Director of Business 360, Portfolio Manager
Bio
Tyler Frugia serves as Chief Information Officer, Director of Business 360, and Co-Portfolio Manager for Eventide’s US Equity Market Strategy. As Chief Information Officer, Tyler is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s IT strategy, as well as ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and objectives. He oversees the management and operation of Eventide’s IT systems and infrastructure; including data warehouse, networks, and proprietary software applications. Tyler also leads the development, implementation, and oversight of the Business 360 program at Eventide.
Prior to joining Eventide, Mr. Frugia worked for 8 years in the non-profit sector for a national foundation where he was responsible for building grant management systems and tools for measuring grant impact. Prior to that, he was a freelance programmer working in many different sectors, including industrial where he was responsible for building DEQ reporting systems.
Mr. Frugia holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Western Oregon University.

Michael Schnackenberg
Head of Institutional Sales
Bio
Michael Schnackenberg serves as Head of Institutional Sales for Eventide. He is responsible for developing strategy and leading the execution of investment product sales within the Institutional and Key Account channels.
Prior to joining Eventide, Mr. Schnackenberg was with Natixis Investment Managers for 13 years, most recently serving as VP, Managing Regional Director of Sales. Prior to this role, he spent 3 years in London developing and executing on Natixis’ UK distribution effort.
Mr. Schnackenberg holds a dual B.A. in Finance and Business Administration from Gordon College.

Mark Wambolt
Head of Advisor Sales and Marketing
Bio
Mark Wambolt serves as Head of Advisor Sales for Eventide. He is responsible for developing strategy and leading the execution of advisory product sales.
Prior to joining Eventide, Mr. Wambolt was Director of Investor Services for Veriti Management, a fintech startup. Before that, he was with Natixis Investment Managers for more than 10 years, most recently as VP, Managing Regional Director of Sales.
Mr. Wambolt holds an MBA from Liberty University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Gordon College.
